Where does the Honda Nighthawk’s Brake Caliper Spring Go?

This one part from my brake caliper, the spring pad (as it’s referred to in the parts catalog when looking up its part number: 45108-ML7-921), well, this part is my extra part. I’m really good at taking things apart and putting them back together, but I didn’t do do great here. The good news is…

Google’s Auto Awesome Made My Brake Pad Job a Fun Video!

Whenever I’m working on the bike, I try to take as many pictures as possible. Google applied Auto Awesome to some of the videos and pictures I took and made a mini-movie about my 1991 CB750 Nighthawk. The sound on it is just some generic country-ish instrumental music. Hi, I'm Charlie

Hi, I'm Charlie
My bike is broken. I keep trying to fix it, but more things break. Laugh with me about it.

I'm doing everything I can to keep riding as much as possible. Beyond that, I play upright bass in a band called The River Valley Rangers.

For work I help manage a team of web content publishers at Launch Digital Marketing so I'm on the internet a lot. :)
