While I’ve been thinking about my bike-not-starting issue, I remember that the Honda Rebel had the same problem.

The battery terminals were loose and wouldn’t allow the bike to get started.

I don’t know if that’s the issue with the Nighthawk just yet, I’m in Michigan again with family and need to clear out some work space at home.

It’s pretty frustrating though, I just stick the bike on the battery tender and then it just dies on me after trying.

Now that I’m back in town, it’s time to let the bike sit on the battery tender so it’ll start up later.

Before it had just given me the trying to start clicks after sitting for a bit.

I turned the key today and there was nothing. I’m pretty sure the issue is just a drained battery.

This means I have more incentive to upgrade the Nighthawk’s battery now!
