Wind Storms and Bike Covers Don’t Mix

Sometimes I don’t get my repairs done fast enough. We had a couple terrible wind and thunderstorms come through town and this is what happened after one of them. My Nighthawk got blown off of the Harbor Freight motorcycle wheel stand. It could have been a tragic situation where my bike was damaged in an…

A spontaneous trip may not go unpunished

Today while at work, I decided to take a trip up to Duluth. As soon as I got home, I packed up the bike. I’d be traveling lighter if I wasn’t planning on doing some work, too. I did a quick pre trip check and decided to tighten up the chain tensioner, since I haven’t…

Honda Rebel Sprocket Sizes – Why I use the 30T Rear Sprocket

Hi, I'm Charlie

Hi, I'm Charlie
My bike is broken. I keep trying to fix it, but more things break. Laugh with me about it.

I'm doing everything I can to keep riding as much as possible. Beyond that, I play upright bass in a band called The River Valley Rangers.

For work I help manage a team of web content publishers at Launch Digital Marketing so I'm on the internet a lot. :)
